Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Findable for Shopify (the "App"), operated by Ziguru LLC ("we", "us"). By installing the App from the Shopify App Store, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@usefindable.ai.

The service

The App reads your Shopify product catalog and existing blog, identifies buyer-intent search queries you're not winning, and generates SEO-optimized articles that you can publish to your Shopify blog. Generation happens on demand via the App dashboard, which runs on the backend at api.contentboo.st.

Subscription and billing

• All paid plans are billed via Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card details.
• Each plan includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin during or after the trial.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate refunds.
• We may change plan pricing with 30 days notice. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Generated content ownership

You own every article the App generates for your shop. Output is your content to publish, edit, or delete as you choose. We don't re-use your articles anywhere else and don't claim any ownership.

Articles published to your Shopify blog stay on your blog even if you uninstall the App; they're part of your store. Articles still in draft in the App dashboard are deleted when you uninstall.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate content that infringes copyright, defames a competitor, or violates Shopify's acceptable use policy.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, scrape the dashboard, or reverse engineer the article generation pipeline.
• Use the App on a store you don't own or aren't authorized to manage.
• Resell the App or sublicense its output as a standalone service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee zero downtime. Maintenance, third-party outages (Shopify API, Anthropic API), and unexpected incidents can interrupt service. We don't credit subscription fees for short outages unless required by law.

Termination

You can uninstall the App from your Shopify admin at any time. We can terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice via the email on your Shopify Partner account.

On uninstall, your shop's data is deleted within 48 hours per the Shopify GDPR policy. Articles already published to your Shopify blog stay on your blog.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We don't warrant that generated articles will rank in Google, get cited by AI engines, drive sales, or contain only factually accurate claims. You're responsible for reviewing every article before publication. We aren't liable for SEO penalties, brand damage, or revenue impact arising from content you choose to publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms materially, we update the "Last updated" date and notify shop owners via the email on the Shopify Partner account. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Wyoming.
