Using Findable

Findable provides an AI visibility scanning and content intelligence service.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

Your content

You own the scan results and any content we generate for you. You're free to use, modify, and publish it however you like.

You're responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with applicable laws and doesn't infringe on others' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Findable to:

• Generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other rights
• Spam or abuse the service
• Resell access to the service without authorization

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payments & refunds

Pricing is shown at checkout. Because our service delivers value instantly, we don't offer refunds.

However, if you're not satisfied with results, contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Service availability

We aim to keep Findable available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Findable is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Findable after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Wyoming.
