What if I'm not a SaaS?
Tier 1 review platforms and most Tier 2 startup directories still apply. AI-specific directories (Tier 3) are skipped. We add Tier 4 general business directories where relevant (Trustpilot, Clutch, GoodFirms). Our reviewer filters per category, you only see submissions that fit.
Will my listings disappear if I leave Findable?
No. The listings are yours. Every directory account is registered to your business and we'll hand off the credentials on request, log in directly, update the contact email to your own, and you're fully detached. Per-directory, your timeline.
Can I edit my own listings?
Click 'Request edit' on the listing in your dashboard. Tell us what to change. Our reviewer handles it within 1-2 business days. If you'd rather log in to the directory yourself, we can hand off the account credentials, just ask.
How long does the full submission take?
We start within 48 hours of intake. Tier 1 (the high-DR review platforms) is usually live within a week. Tier 2-4 follow over 2-4 weeks depending on each directory's approval queue. You see status flips live in your dashboard.
Do you submit to spammy web directories?
No. The catalog is curated, review platforms, SaaS discovery, AI directories, relevant business directories. We don't pad the count with generic web directories that exist only for backlink juice. Smaller catalog, better signal per submission.
