Documentation

A docs site at /docs that explains the terms, the numbers, and the setup work the app cannot walk you through.

We launched docs at usefindable.ai/docs. The product still teaches the happy path; the docs cover what it cannot show you in the moment, like what a term or number means and the setup that crosses into another tool.

  • Concepts that demystify the jargon: AI visibility, brand appearances, citations vs sources cited, tracked queries, opportunities, and how a scan works
  • Guides for work that leaves the app: creating content, sources and product knowledge, webhook and CMS publishing, directory submissions, and autopilot
  • Reference: the webhook payload schema, plus plans, capabilities, and every limit in one place
  • Built to be cited: structured data and an llms.txt so AI engines can read Findable too

The docs draw from the same functionality catalog as the in-app help, so the wording stays consistent.
